"Helpful after everything was set up"
After my incorporation was done, I had a quick question and support got back to me fast. There was just something about it that made the whole process feel a bit easier.

I’m not based in the US, and Firstbase made the whole setup process way easier than I expected. Everything moved quickly and I was able to get started from abroad without a lot of hassle

"Support was fine, just kinda slow"
They did get back to me and answered my question eventually, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience. It just took longer than I thought it would, which was a little frustrating. So yeah... not terrible or anything, I just wish the support response time was quicker.

I’ll be honest, I was mostly focused on the legal documents and didn’t spend a ton of time digging into every other feature. But for what I needed, the docs matched my situation and I didn’t run into any strange errors or confusing issues. Based on that part of the experience, I’d be comfortable using Firstbase again.

"They fixed my issue quicker than I expected"
Well... I ran into an issue where my company documents were showing the wrong information, i was getting stressed about it.

The support team got back to me the same day, asked for a few details, and then actually took care of it without me having to follow up over and over. I also appreciated that they explained what was happening in plain language instead of making it confusing.

It wasn’t perfect right from the start, but the way they handled the problem made a big difference. Overall, I’d feel comfortable using firstbase again.

"Registered agent service is okay"
I used Firstbase for registered agent stuff, and it’s been mostly fine. Everything basically works, but sometimes the replies are a little slow, and the dashboard felt kind of confusing at first. It’s definitely not bad, just average overall for me.

"Decent service, but they need to own the communication better"
Firstbase got the job done in the end, but the communication could’ve been a lot clearer. I had to follow up a few times just to understand what was going on, and even simple answers took longer than they should have. The support team was polite, which I appreciated, but I do think they need to be more accountable about keeping customers updated and explaining the process upfront. It shouldn’t be on the customer to chase down every next step.

I had to reach out to support and, yeah, they were helpful. Took a little longer than I expected. Not terrible or anything. Just some waiting around. But once they got back to me, they answered my questions and helped sort things out.

I used Firstbase to get some help with my annual report, and overall it was straightforward. I did end up getting the report filed, so I can’t really complain too much about that part.

The only thing was the replies were slower than I expected, and I had to follow up twice about one detail because it wasn’t totally clear. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped. It’s probably fine if you’re not in a hurry.

I used Firstbase to get my company setup stuff handled, and overall it was straightforward. The steps were laid out clearly, and I liked that the little progress indicators and labels made it obvious where I was in the process, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering if I missed some tiny checkbox somewhere.

I did have to poke around a bit at the beginning to figure out where everything lived, but after that it felt smooth. The dashboard is clean, not too cluttered, and I appreciated small things like the spacing between sections and the way the documents were grouped because it made everything feel less annoying to deal with.

"Not sure I’d trust them again"
Signing up was easy, I’ll give them that. But once I needed support, the answers felt vague and I didn’t have the patience to keep asking the same thing over and over. Then a few fees showed up later that I wasn’t expecting, which really annoyed me. Overall, it just didn’t feel very transparent, so I’m not fully confident in them

The incorporation process was a little slower than I was hoping for. It did get done in the end, but I kept checking back and wondering if I had missed something or if it was just taking its time. Not a huge issue, I guess these things can drag on sometimes, but yeah, I was expecting it to move a bit faster.

I canceled my Firstbase service and asked about a refund, and somehow it was actually easier than I expected. Support got back to me quickly and, thankfully, didn’t turn it into some awkward sales pitch or make me jump through hoops. The refund was handled without a whole dramatic back-and-forth, which apparently is not too much to ask. it was nice dealing with a company that just does the thing.

"Good value for the price"

"Helpful support and quick replies"
I ran into a couple of hiccups while setting things up, and firstbase got back to me faster than I expected 🙂 It wasn’t instant every single time, but usually I heard back the same day, and they were able to fix the things I asked about. I’d probably give 5 stars if the follow-up messages were a little clearer sometimes, but overall a solid experience 👍
